April 18, 2017 – Grey-hooded Fulvetta (Fulvetta cinereiceps)

These fulvettas are found in four separate populations in central and southeastern China. They eat insects, including caterpillars, along with small mollusks, foraging actively. Breeding between April and June, they build neat cup-shaped nests from leaf skeletons, leaves, grass, moss, and tendrils. There are four recognized subspecies.
