June 17, 2016 – Grey-headed Batis, Grey-headed Puff-back Flycatcher, or Savanna Batis (Batis orientalis)

These birds are found in grasslands and savannas of central Africa from eastern Nigeria east to Somalia. They eat insects, such as ants, picking them from foliage. Their cup-shaped nests are constructed from bark, lichens, and other materials.
